On July 1st, the Swedish association Munskänkarna organized a digital tasting from Stockholm dedicated to our Nizza DOCG 2015. Guided by importer Martin Wall, over 90 participants discovered the denomination and the Monferrato territory, enjoying the wine live from their own homes. The event was a great success.
On October 12th, in the UNESCO Prosecco hills, our wines accompanied Piedmontese Slow Food dishes during an evening of taste and culture. Il Botolo was appreciated as a young, high-quality winery, enhancing Barbera with elegance. A successful and convivial event.
On April 24th-25th in Stockholm, for the E4Quality project, we presented our wines in a Masterclass with experts and journalists, followed by a dinner at L’Avventura restaurant and a final tasting with industry professionals.
The DVCA restaurant in Milan, led by the Teruzzi brothers, combines tradition and innovation in the kitchen, with great attention to wine quality. Among these, Il Botolo wines are highly appreciated, particularly the Piemonte Chardonnay and the Moscato d’Asti, which are ideal with fish and desserts. The “little dog” logo has become a distinctive sign loved by customers.
In January, we welcomed Jeff Gong, a Chinese influencer and founder of WineIta, the reference portal for Italian wine in China. Visiting with his collaborator Rebecca Wang, Jeff tasted our entire range of wines, pausing with great interest on the Nizza DOCG. A valuable encounter that confirmed the growing appreciation of the Chinese market for Italian wines, particularly Barbera and Moscato.
