Botolo S.r.l. will process your personal data, such as:

    The IT systems and applications used to operate this website collect, during their normal operation, certain data (the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols) that may be associated with identifiable users. The data collected includes the IP addresses and domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system, browser and IT environment used by the user. All this data is incorporated into files for which the staff of www.ilbotolo.com are responsible. o We collect personal data for:

3. Data controller

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the performance of the contract (point (a)), your consent (point (b)) and the data controller’s legitimate interests (points (c) and (d))

Within the limits relevant to the stated purposes of processing, your data may be disclosed to partners, consultancy firms and private companies, if appointed as Data Processors by the Data Controller, or where required by law, or to fulfil your specific requests. Your data will not be disclosed in any way. The current Data Controllers and Data Processors are clearly identified in the Privacy Policy,which is updated on a regular basis.

3.4 Transfer of data abroad

The data collected may be transferred outside the European Union in accordance with Article 45 of the GDPR.

3.5 Data dissemination. Data profiling

Your personal data will not be disclosed. Your personal data will not be used for profiling.

3.6 Retention period

The data collected will be retained for a period not exceeding the time required to achieve the purposes for which it is processed (“principle of data minimisation”, Article 5, GDPR) or in accordance with the time limits laid down by law. Data collected for the purposes referred to in point 2.b will in any case not be retained for more than twenty-four (24) months. The obsolescence of data retained in relation to the purposes for which it was collected is reviewed periodically.

The data subject always has the right to request from the Data Controller access to their data, the rectification or erasure of such data, the restriction of processing or the right to object to processing, to request data portability, and to withdraw consent to processing, by exercising these and other rights provided for by the GDPR through a simple communication to the Data Controller. The data subject may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority or by sending an email to info@ilbotolo.com.

You are not required to provide your personal data whilst browsing our website.

3.9 Security of the data subject’s personal data

Botolo S.r.l. declares that the personal data collected is processed lawfully and fairly, collected and recorded for the purposes indicated, and used in other operations that are compatible with those purposes. Botolo S.r.l. undertakes to adopt appropriate and preventive security measures designed to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, completeness and availability of the data subject’s personal data.
Personal data is processed in paper format and/or using automated tools, for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent loss (including accidental loss), alteration, misuse, unlawful or improper use, and unauthorised access.
Botolo S.r.l. accepts no liability for any untrue information sent directly by the website user to the addresses listed on the site (e.g. the accuracy of the email address, credit card details or postal address), nor for any information concerning the user that has been provided by a third party, including fraudulently.

3.10 Accessing, amending and deleting personal data

In accordance with EU Regulation 679/2016, the data subject has the right at any time to request from the Data Controller: confirmation of the existence of the data and access to it; the updating, rectification, supplementation, erasure or restriction of processing; the blocking of data processed in breach of the law, and may object to the processing of their personal data by sending an email to info@ilbotolo.com.
