We produce our wines exclusively from the finest Piedmontese grape varieties: Barbera, Moscato and Chardonnay.
Il Botolo’s vineyards cover 15 hectares and our grapes are harvested entirely by hand.
Our wines are the result of meticulous care and passion, combined with the generous contribution of nature. Our vineyards grow on sun‑drenched slopes with ideal exposure, ensuring optimal ripening of the grapes and shaping a spectrum of fruity notes in the whites, and velvety, elegant textures in the reds.
