During the 34 th edition of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.decanter.com\/decanter-world-wine-awards\/decanter-world-wine-awards-2018-results-available-now-394247\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">International Wine Challenge (IWC)<\/a>, we were awarded Silver Medals for our Nizza docg 2015 (92 points) and for our Barbera d\u2019Asti Superiore 2015 (93 points).<br \/>IWC is considered the world\u2019s most respected blind-tasted wine competition, which judges each wine for its faithfulness to style, region and vintage.<\/p><p>Good news also from Decanter World Wine Awards 2018. A total of 275 internationally acclaimed judges tasted 16,983 wines and awarded 50 Best in Show, 149 Platinum, 439 Gold, 3,454 Silver and 7,079 Bronze medals.<br \/>Below is Botolo\u2019s ranking in this very stiff competition:<\/p><ul><li>Nizza 2015: Silver Medal, 92 points<\/li><li>Barbera d\u2019Asti Superiore 2015: Bronze medal, 88 points<\/li><li>Moscato d\u2019Asti 2017: Bronze medal, 87 points<\/li><\/ul><p>We are so very proud to be amongst the outstanding Italian winemakers that shone at this year\u2019s competitions. These achievements are yet another demonstration of the collective effort of the Botolo Team and speak volumes about the quality of our vineyard! Happy summer holidays from all of us.
