{"id":10017,"date":"2023-04-28T09:43:05","date_gmt":"2023-04-28T09:43:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ilbotolo.com\/in-the-footsteps-of-francesco-cirio\/"},"modified":"2026-05-05T07:36:24","modified_gmt":"2026-05-05T07:36:24","slug":"in-the-footsteps-of-francesco-cirio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ilbotolo.com\/en\/in-the-footsteps-of-francesco-cirio\/","title":{"rendered":"In the footsteps of Francesco Cirio"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"10017\" class=\"elementor elementor-10017 elementor-9019\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c134465 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"c134465\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e5082e5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e5082e5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>On <strong>Sunday 7 May<\/strong>, we had the pleasure of hosting the public event <strong>In the footsteps of Francesco Cirio<\/strong> at our Tenuta Le Coccole, honoring the renowned entrepreneur from Nizza Monferrato.<\/p><p>The day celebrated landscape, gastronomy, community and culture, in collaboration with the City of Nizza Monferrato, the Municipalities of Fontanile and Castelnuovo Belbo, and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vignevini.at.it\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Unione Collinare Vigne &amp; Vini<\/a>, with support from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.macelleriadiotti.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Macelleria Diotti <\/a>and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conserveitalia.it\/it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Conserve Italia<\/a>.<\/p><p><strong>Two morning walks<\/strong> departed from Nizza Monferrato (9:30) and Fontanile (10:30), converging at our estate after a route filled with historical anecdotes and a photography contest for younger participants.<\/p><p><strong>From 12:00<\/strong>, <strong>we hosted a picnic<\/strong> featuring local specialties paired with our wines.<\/p><p><strong>At 15:00<\/strong>, we inaugurated the first section of a <strong>trekking route dedicated to Francesco Cirio<\/strong>, who passed through our estate during his early commercial travels.<\/p><p>A cultural discussion followed, comparing the <strong>legacies of Fulvio Bracco<\/strong> and Francesco Cirio \u2014 two entrepreneurs who shaped Italy\u2019s development while remaining deeply connected to people and community \u2014 with a tribute to our beloved founder, <strong>Dr. Roberto de Silva<\/strong>.<\/p><p>We look forward to seeing you.
